A&B Homehealth Solutions is a full service home health care agency, licensed in the state of Connecticut. Our goal is to provide quality care from staff who care about you and your loved ones.
We service the residents of Hartford County, Middletown, New Haven, Fairfield County, Greenwich, Norwalk and Bridgeport, providing both skilled services and paraprofessional caregivers.
We coordinate closely with the case managers and discharge planners of area hospitals, skilled facilities and area agencies on aging to insure that a safe plan of care will be in place to smooth the transition home for you or you family member.
